Federico Giannandrea has been working as a Senior Consultant at Corsi & Partners, specializing in renewable energy, utilities, and the digital transition since October 2023.
Federico began his professional career as an M&A attorney at Allen & Overy in 2001.
In 2005, he moved to London to become Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s Global Principal Finance team, focusing on investments in renewable energy.
In 2010, Federico joined Foresight Group LLP, a leading UK-based infrastructure and private equity asset manager listed on the London Stock Exchange. His main role was to develop the European infrastructure investment market for the company. In 2013, he became the Head of Italy and later on, in 2015, he spearheaded the opening of the Madrid office, becoming Head of Southern Europe. In 2017, with the establishment of the Luxembourg office, he became the Head of Continental Europe. After the company’s listing and his departure from operational roles in June 2023, Federico returned to Italy.
During his time at Foresight, Federico successfully raised funds exceeding 3 billion Euros for financing and refinancing more than 100 renewable energy assets. He also led a team of over 30 professionals. Additionally, he held leadership positions as Chairman and Director in various companies within the group. Currently, Federico is the Chairman of Foresight Luxembourg Sarl, an AIFM regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier Luxembourg.
Federico graduated with distinction in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza.”
