Filippo Corsi has been CEO of Corsi & Partners since December 2022.
Filippo began his career in 2000 with Arthur Andersen and then moved on to Baker & McKenzie as a business lawyer.
Subsequently, from 2003 to 2007, Filippo was part of the Mergers & Acquisitions team of Finmeccanica S.p.A. and then moved to London where from 2008 to 2011 he was General Counsel of Finmeccanica UK.
He returned to Italy from 2011 to 2016 Filippo served as Vice President Business Affairs and Litigation for the Ansaldo STS listed company and then broadened his responsibilities as General Counsel and Compliance Officer to which he was later on granted the role of the Executive Director.
From 2017 to 2021 Filippo served as General Counsel & Compliance at Hitachi Rail and from 2021 to November 2022 as General Counsel and Compliance Officer at ITA Airways.
Filippo graduated with honors in Law from the University of Rome «La Sapienza», an LL. M Master of Laws from Cambridge University and an MBA from Imperial College London.
Filippo served as an officer in the Carabinieri reaching the rank of Ufficiale.
In 2019 Filippo was awarded the “General Counsel of the Year” award in the framework of the Top Legal Awards.
