Previously, Maria Beatrice worked at Spencer Stuart from 2001 to 2020 participating in the most important projects managed by the Chief Executive Officer for profiles of CEO, General Managers, Directors of Administration, Finance and Control, Human Resources Managers.
Between 1990 and 2001 Maria Beatrice worked at Egon Zehnder International in its Rome office, collaborating directly with the head of the office. She dealt specifically with the evaluation of managerial resources (management appraisals) and the consolidation of relationships with both clients and candidates.
Prior to her experience in the Executive Search industry, Maria Beatrice worked as Executive Assistant to Yves Saint Laurent Parfums President and for 11 years as Executive Assistant to American Express Executives.
Maria Beatrice obtained the University Diploma as Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpreter for English and French at the High School for Interpreters and Translators in Rome in 1978.
The daughter of a diplomat, Maria Beatrice lived abroad for many years. She is bilingual Italian/English and has both Italian and American citizenship.
