Carlo Corsi has served as the President of Corsi & Partners since December 2020.
In 1995, Carlo joined Spencer Stuart, where he held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Italy from 1999 to 2016. Since 2007, he has also been the Chairman of the company
Additionally, Carlo has been a member of the Board of Directors of Spencer Stuart for three terms between 2002 and 2010.
During his tenure, he also served as a member of Spencer Stuart’s global Audit Committee from 2002 to 2007.
His expertise lies in the research of top-level executives, such as CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs, and General Managers.
Some of his notable clients include Ferrovie dello Stato, Enel, ENI, Leonardo, Atlantia, Poste, Alitalia, Edizione, Thales, Hitachi, ENAV, Hera, Ferrari, Banca del Mezzogiorno, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Coop, Deloitte, Gruppo Sole 24 Ore, Invitalia, Rai, TIM, ITA Airways, and Natuzzi.
Throughout his 20-year tenure at Spencer Stuart, Carlo oversaw the team responsible for board appointments at companies owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Prior to his Executive Search experience, Carlo gained extensive knowledge of the consumer goods market, serving as the commercial director of Zanusssi and later as the General Manager and CEO of Seleco and Brionvega.
He graduated in Law from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome and also served in the Carabinieri Corps, where he achieved the rank of Captain.
Carlo also served in the military corps SMOM – Italian Army, where he reached the rank of Colonel.
Moreover, he is recognized as a Knight of Magistral Grace of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, an organization that conducts humanitarian activities in numerous countries.
