Michele Longobardi is Head of Leadership & Development Executive Practice at Corsi & Partners.
Psychologist, Assessor and Professional Certified Coach (PCC – ICF), Michele has been working for over twenty-five years in the field of organisational development – potential assessment and leadership development – supporting national and multinational companies in complex transformation and managerial growth projects.
He began his career in 1999 at StudioStaff RU, working on the development of web-based psychometric tools for selection and potential assessment. He subsequently collaborated with leading consulting firms, including Watson Wyatt, Boyden International, People & Business Value, and Cornerstone International, serving as an assessor, trainer, and project manager.
Throughout his career, he has led international managerial assessment and appraisal projects for large industrial groups, coordinating multicultural teams of assessors and managing large-scale assessment programmes for middle managers and executives.
He has also gained direct experience in HR: as an Organisational Development Specialist at Poste Italiane Group and as HR Manager at Advantio, a multinational company operating in the cybersecurity sector, where he oversaw the implementation of key HR processes (recruiting & onboarding, performance management, compensation, internal coaching and change management).
Since 2026, he has been with Corsi & Partners, where he leads the Leadership & Development Executive Practice, dealing with Executive Assessment & Development, 360° Feedback Programmes, Individual & Team Coaching, and the design of performance management and job systems.
During his professional career, he has collaborated with Enel, Eni, Leonardo, Terna, Trenitalia, Deloitte, Baxter, Toyota Financial Services, Menarini and Generali, among others, supporting executives and C-level managers in organisational development and transformation processes.
He graduated with honours in Psychology from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’, is registered with the Association of Psychologists and has obtained Professional Certified Coach (ICF) certification. He is also certified by Hogan Assessments and has conducted research in the fields of cognitive and systemic science and artificial intelligence.
