Biography

Michele Longobardi has been serving as the Practice Leader of the Assessment Development and Coaching department at Corsi & Partners since 2019.

Michele embarked on his professional career in 1999 at Studio Staff Rome’s psychometric laboratory, where he focused on creating web-based tools to improve and better manage the selection process of large groups of candidates as well as evaluating managerial potential.
From 2000 to 2002, he worked as an Assessor and Consultant at Watson Wyatt Italia, specializing primarily in the banking and energy sectors.
Between 2003 and 2006, Michele held the role of Project Manager at People&Business Value, overseeing assessment and development projects and providing coaching for soft skills.
In 2006, he joined the Organizational Development team at SDA Poste Italiane Group, playing a crucial part in implementing the job system, the award system, and the company’s distance learning platform.
Until 2015, Michele served as the Project Manager in the Assessment area at Cornerstone International Italia.
In 2017, he assumed the position of HR Manager at Advantio Ltd, where he made significant contributions to establishing the HR function and implementing HR processes.
Michele’s areas of expertise encompass:
    • Assessment and Development centers,
    • 360-degree feedback,
    • soft skills training,
    • individual and team coaching,
    • analysis of organizational and climate culture,
    • and the implementation of Job Systems and Performance Management Systems.
He graduated with distinction in General and Experimental Psychology from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and later obtained his ICF Coach certification from the International Coach Academy.
Michele has also conducted research at the Chair of Theories and Systems of Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Psychology – Rome “La Sapienza”.
